I'm a humbled and very grateful Cameroonian (African) American. In search of my passion, I confusedly became a jack of all trades. But I was also a surprised recipient of the highest award from every organization I ever worked for. Awards include the AIESEC Global Hall of Fame for coaching and mentoring, a seven-year consulting award from CTA.tech, and NACD Board Leadership Fellow. So, after completing an Ivy League doctorate in Board Presence, it became crystal clear to me that I had been an unconventional board presence professional all along. The combined passionate experience and research make me a humbled board presence (which includes executive presence) scholar-practitioner. I love to help with keynotes, executive coaching (including masterminds, team coaching, facilitation, and strategic planning), board services, turnaround management consulting, turnaround project management, research, immersive learning, executive, board & wellness retreats, so that you can move closer and closer to realizing your personal, team and organizational potential.
